lol i think i watched this vid too many times to make sure i get it right. i'm thinking about baking a carrot cake with your recipe *smiles* can't wait to try it. this vid was nicely done too. however, at 2:04 you said "tablespoon of baking powder" instead of "teaspoon". i'm assuming it's teaspoon though cuz the size of it. but i thought i'd just point that out incase anyone else was a little confused. thanks for the recipe!

are the dry ingredients don't need to be sifted?

I've baked it !! Even my bf rave about it. Would do it again next time. Just that the icing may be abit too sweet for us...will cut down the amount of sugar in the icing next time :) Non the less, awesome carrot cake

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I'm certainly going to try it. Your recipe is the most straight forward and no nonsense among the hundreds I have searched. You might want to invest in a good stand mixer. It would save a lot of time and wear and tear on your arm.

I was wondering if there were any high altitude instructions for this receipe. I tried the receipe and found it to be really sticky but delicious, maybe I am not cooking it long enough? Any suggestions would be helpful. I enjoyed your video

I would say 4 to 5 regular sized carrots. You need 3 cups shredded.
By: hark10. on 28 Sep 08, 14:07:47
Could you give a measurable quantity( like in grams or ounces) to the carrots - there seemed to be about four carrots on the counter, but varying sizes.
