Eric Carlson seems like a genuinely great guy. He obviously has a lot of know-how and it shows in his physique. What he says is true too; the key to losing weight is creating a calorie deficit through correct dieting and in combination with high intensity interval training. Weight training is effective for burning fat too; the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn!
