Here is my 56-gallon column aquarium. My tank houses three Columbian Sharks, two Banded Leporinus catfish, one Iridescent Shark, one False Tigrinus (rare) catfish, one beautiful Jack Dempsey cichlid, one Hypostomus Plecostomus, one Freshwater Flounder and a shy Freshwater Marble Mooray Eel. Do you eat scallops? And if so, do you feel guilty about eating scallops? I was just wondering. It's a pretty dumb question, because I have fish but yet I eat fish. Scallops are different though, I don't know if I could resist the temptation to eat my pet Scallop. lol Cool pet though!

Cool, I had mine for a month now, and it's quite active (It hops around). I noticed that the eletricity can't be seen in the dark, which others claim otherwise. I thought mine was ill due to the lack of "electicity" through the center, but from this video, it seems to be normal. Lionfish, the red-bellied piranah and Remoras aren't even considered "exotic" anymore. They've lost their exoticness.

I find the surges of what seems to be electricity rather disconcerting. :C There is an exotic fish shop near my house that has several red flame scallops...as well as a lionfish, three piranahs, one of those creepy fish that cling to sharks and eat the leftovers, and a myriad of other uncommon and unpleasant beasties.
