I would say combichirst is "modern" Industrial, however in my mind it borders on aggrotech and theres definatley modernish EBM elements in it, however I prefer Old school EBM and Industrial.

Technically, you could say Manson's first album was slightly industrial, do to the use of a drum machine and sampling as a separate timbre than the instruments (As opposed to sampling a drum loop, etc.). And possibly even Golden age of Grotesque could be called industrial because of the heavy usage of Dadaist imagery, Heavy drums, cold atmosphere and guitars... But yeah, Combichrist is NOT industrial, it's EBM guys!
