By: hyundaiisthebest. on 09 Nov 08, 00:07:12
well, they're mostly circus acrobats and gymnast and to perform the flips they need to jump really high, and to jump high you need to produce alot of power from your legs and to do that you need strong muscles in your legs. Im a gymnast myself and i can perform human flags and planches like in the video. But at the same time i have pretty good streangth in my legs. I know this because i do flips too.

lol the first one is hard for me becuase one I suck at balance and secound my ass can't bend like that xD (hint im not a dancer >_> Disco woot xD!) but yeah it takes more then just upper body strength...and the others I usually I end up falling on my face(unless someone is holding me x-x) xD ah well im just gonna keep working out I don't like doing fancy stuff I just work out becuase its fun :)

By: 7399Martyn. on 06 Nov 08, 10:27:28
you guys reckon most of the dudes in the vid have unproportional strength with their legs? like their legs are weak compared to their upperbody?
By: AFParkour. on 05 Nov 08, 00:47:23

By: paul2k8ere. on 01 Nov 08, 11:05:03
how can the first one be fake??? i've seen video's of people who can do that. until you find a plausable answer you can't say it's fake.
By: catjumper. on 30 Oct 08, 17:48:21
No it isn't. The flag is not impossible, just search around and you'll see that lots of people can do that.
By: AFParkour. on 30 Oct 08, 01:10:58

its crazy but thousands of people can do this (other then the flag as good as him and the one arm black lever) makes me realize i need to start working harder
By: jugglefan4. on 20 Oct 08, 10:30:46

By: LP4EVER250. on 17 Oct 08, 02:38:15

By: PutrifyingEagor. on 16 Oct 08, 14:08:31
Agreed!Insane Strength-this takes someone who has done gymnastics all their life, and started from a very young age,so all the ligaments tendons conective tissues have adapted to the demands-this can never be achieved by lifting dumbells. Also not everybody has the genetic make up to become this strong. Its Certainley very impressive!!

Do you know anything about wrestling? You don't really want mass, you want strength. Mass and strength are completely different.
By: SlashedUP1984. on 09 Oct 08, 23:30:18
Thanks for your input. I already swim a lot so I have at least a foundation on which to build. So Gymnastics are the best way to go. I appreciate that it takes years to get to this level but anything is possible if you are willing to put the effot in. 80 year olds run marathons for example.
