Did they have a control group, that is the basic requirement of any scientific study, I don't think they had any. I would suggest a control group for whom instead of the actual aura photo, a randomly generated aura photo with random colors. The only person to know this is the photographer. Then if the the results are same in both groups i.e. both groups feel same amount of correctness to the prediction, then the study is bullshit, other wise there may be something to it.

I actually see auras, but not in the kind that they describe here. If I have never seen a certain person before, they have more of a blue. If it is someone I see often, but not all the time, it is usually a pastel yellow. If it is someone I used to see a lot, haven't seen in a while, then see again, I see an orange aura. family or people I see all the time have a clear or neutral aura. I don't see these as distinct colors, but more as faint tints around the head and shoulders.

I personally believe that aura does exist and it has something to do with our mind state. However, these analyze is just lack of logic. First off, how do you define terms such as passionate, depressing, sexual,etc. ? One word could be interpreted differently to different person. What's the standard of saying a person who's motivated or passive ? It's non sense to conclude a personality while these terminology isn't yet clearly defined.

I don't remember Colin Baker's episodes being shown at ALL on my PBS stations. It seemed to quickly fade from view after The Five Doctors special aired. By 85 or 86 they'd dropped the show completely. After finishing the new episodes, I decided to go back and try to catch up on what I missed. Old FX aside, it's been difficult to watch at times. Colin Baker's doctor is just unpleasant, and Peri, though cute, is as wooden an actress as they come! Still, better than most TV these days! JMHO

It amazes me that back then with shoe string budgets and hokey sets that they STILL managed to pull off some of the best stories ever made. Shows like "The Outer Limits", "Twilight Zone" & "Star Trek (TOS)" are rare gems, and todays directors with their fancy computer generated eye candy PALE in comparison when it comes to pure storyline... BTW Harlan Ellison's "Soldier" is credited by James Cameron as the inspiration for "Terminator".
