so many restaurants have these same issues...I was in the lower east side around three in the morning when all the restaurants and bars are closed and it was like a tidal wave(not kidding) of rats running around the sidewalks on garbage cans etc. so you can imagine at night them running through all those closed restaurants dishes, tables, etc.

I wonder how many popular and reputable restaurants have the same problem, but the customers have not seen the rodents or the roaches wandering at night? Here where I live there are several markets where you see the roaches freely around all the time, any time of the day, and nobody complains. It is disgusting. Should I mention the name of the markets here? I guess that eveyone in the island knows.

That's so fucking dumb. How long have they been eating there and not been sick? Now that they see a rat it's all "I aint eatin here again". It's a few rats that can be taken care of, and everything can be fixed in two days at the most.

I bet if it were a whole bunch of squirrels and hamsters running around, everyone would be like how cute and don't hurt them, then kids be asking their parents stuff like "mommy mommy can we go to the taco bell with all the squirrels" replying "sure honey once you finish your homework" get to the restaurant "look mommy this one came right up to the table, can i feed it" mom "sure honey just don't give all your food to it or it will get a big ol' tummy like your daddy" rats get treated unfair

The odds of that there will be rat shit in your food are slim. Just examine it first, then eat it. People are so afraid of everything. Give your immune system some practice once in awhile.
