F6 Typhoon quarter mile in car

FPV F6 Typhoon in car run. Still needed to get the start right to get into the low 11's which I have now done. Hey, on a big screen it looks great. I love my 450kW 900+nm torque FPV F6 Typhoon (BF), however that run was quite slow as I messed up the start with way too much wheel spin and ran about a 13.6, which is crap

if anyone else here had noticed, all they showed basically was the GM vehicles, and bragged about them obly. and to add to it, they didn't even actually show the complete run, just start and finish on ONLY the GM vehicles, they showed the start for the tam, F-150, and nissan. bunch of BS

my friend owns an extended cab nissan titan. the entire truck was stock, except for the muffler, and i raced it sunday. 2 my surprise, at least, its best run was 15.230 seconds at 87.68mph in the 1/4 mile.

only reason chevy beat tundra was because the tundra was the 7000lb crewmax. doublecab would have beaten it.

I saw a full size Tundra get totalled in an accident this past weekend. It hit a small car and there was so much damage. Good truck or not there's no way they put as much metal as the American trucks. My dad hit a car with his Ford and it only needed a new bumper and headlight. So, would you rather have a totalled truck or new bumper? Japanese trucks are good but if I am going to keep a truck for 15+ years then the Ford wins hands down. The accidents were not that different.

Basically Honda/Toyotas entire lineup from the 80s to mid 90s, lol. A 2008 Civic SI will give you like a 15 flat, so even the top of the line Civic isent much faster then these trucks. Almost all the older imports are in the 16s or slower.

The Tundra 5.7 gets best quarter mile performance with all the nannies disabled and in 4WD. Crewmaxs regularly post high 14s at that altitude. Best performance of all would be a 5.7 Tundra in regular cab short bed versions which manage low 14s because of the weight reduction. I would have figured faster time. I raced one of those 6.2 denial's in my duramax (at the track of course) and it wasn't too far behind and i ran a 14.1
