Taxes properly administered will not kill the economy. Having a real budget, not a spend for all like Bush had and tax the proper people in the proper way the economy will excell. You can't keep spending with NO money and have to borrow, bringing the dollar down to worthlessness. What has to be done is cut out spending, that Bush allowed to happen to fill the pockets of the rich and other countries that probably paid him and his thieving buddies, especially Chaney and Enron execs.

You think you are better by the color of your skin, that is why white people found it easy to kill the native Americans or the South Americans, Carribeans, or Africans. Your history is a sorry story of racism. But you don't see yourselves as being bad. You see yourselves as dicoverers, explores and so on. America allows Europeans to really become apart of the whole human family. Thank God that Obama is president to implement such a change. The American people will be better towards the world.

DOW up 500. yall don't know how close we came to a complete market collapse and the psychological shock from that would have taken years to recover from. we would have a depression for sure. finally, obama is showing some leadership and is realizing how important it is for the markets to have confidence. Geithner for treasury is a great choice and now obama needs to follow up with a commitment to not raise taxes until the markets and economy are stable. let's hope he comes through for us

The day that most black Americans see America in positive terms will be the day Democrats lose any hope of winning a national election. There is so much science in the word of God. But we shouldn't judge. The examples in the scriptures of God are for everyone, regardless of your deeds in the world. You shell weep what you sow. Proper understanding of God and what He desires for human beings can regain belief in His law and power. Christian is one who is crystalized in the oneness of God following the examples of Jesus The Christ. Using that definition, how many of you are truly Christian. Don't judge less you be judged. You can really tell a person by the way he treat others, not with what comes out of their mouths. How has Mr. Obama treated others? I conclude very good, I am pleased with him.
