Few corrections to previous comments: - There are plenty of other materials than metals that conduct electricity, including some plastic compounds. - There are metals that can be bent with electric current, or can be bent manually and then restored to "memorized" shape with electric current. And already full production stuff. Also, there are already displays that can be bent (mostly working prototypes at this stage). Biggest challenge is probably battery and long-term durability.

im not sure but i think this cant be true since it needs metal to transport electricity to the phone with it being elastic metal could not be moved or make it flexible unless of course aluminum is implemented in that case the phone would be slow but thats my opinion

Nokia 7710 is the first S90 touch screen. please turn on your speaker next time. and jMaa16, it is worth buying. the screen is sensitve and it has no delays. he didn't touch it right, and he have to touch it twice to select something ( like the computer ). i love this phone. i own one and i really2 love it. five stars!

there's one little problem with this phone, it gets very hot and the back lid is mettalic so you can't hold it in your hand after a long call... BTW, this lid can be used as a self defense weapon... it has a very sharp edge.

it depends on how you use your phone... the e51 is an awesome business phone and has alot of cool gadgets with the package while the W580i is more fit to entertained if youre looking for desing the w580i is better because the e51 its just ugly(to me i dont know what you think) but at the the end i will recomend the e51 more funtions wi'fi, more applications and softwares but if your looking for a more simple goodlooking phone with good applications then buy the w580i

Ditto that. Bought it on a biz trip to Dubai last year, and absolutely love it. Had the E61 before (which was fine) but this baby is tiny and really flat out rocks. Maybe the coolest feature of all for those in the USA is its ability to drive Internet features at high speed off any adjacent LAN WiFi (rather than via your phone carrier company). At well under $300, it's a steal.

This is indeed the best Nokia smartphone... It isn't as big as the N95, but it has all the good stuff in it... Except for the GPS... I still have the E65, but I've had it with the lag in the menu's, I just can't understand why Nokia makes those slow smartphones :S I'm going for the E51 :D

I have one and the GPS charges $0 a month if you don't want the pointless voice commands. the stylist / touch capabilities leave your phone scratched up and and always dirty, keeping your fingers on the buttons and away from the screen is one of the smartest choices nokia has ever made. P.s Iphone and it's advanced (needlessly difficult) features can burn.

You probably have to do some research beforehand doing any review.. You have to press the button "2" to take photos with auto focus instead.. And the little rectangular show on the screen before the photo was taken has to be green in colour.. That's the signal it is focusing.. UNDERSTAND???
