the upper half may be a disabled man with legs cut to the knees and (legs) folded in the green shirt (notice that the shirt is abnormally big from profile). the others are easily explained. this may be crazy, but why not.. Magic is more simple than it looks

well acctualy as u can see both the leg area and the abdominal area are closed at the area where the cut was when put together they are attached some how in the brife time they were puting him back to gether i am not sure exactl how but i am sure it's 2 ppl on top of each other

I thought it was the classic midget and amputee trick, but usually that is done with a dress to hide the midget. but notice how the lower half is never shown by itself is completely. my guess is that the guy is bending over and hiding his upper half in the box.
