Thank you so much, Maangchi, for the tip. The one that I made by following your recipe but without oyster has already been a big hit in my group of our friends. As fresh/frozen oyster is not easy to find in the store near my home, I'll to add some fresh shrimp next time to see if the kimchi would come out better. Thank you again.
