I love this song.The song is so true.I can't stand phony people.Like the song says they smile and grin in your face and stab you in the back.I had a resident at the nursing home I used to work at who used to sing this song.

something no one's heard ??? dude, there is so much good stuff out there from the 60's 70's and 80's that there is not enough space here to fill you in. I guess start with Ray Charles and Little Richard and work through all of Motown. Then move on through the tight stuff of Curtis Mayfield and Barry White. Next would be the Philadelphia sound and disco. A next step would be the late disco and blue-eyed soul stuff. Keep working through it - lots of great songs to find.
