Wow!!! I sure am glad some of us aren't afraid of taking the war to our enemies. We already saw what they can do if we sit on our rears and wait. The only thing Obama wants to do that's different from what we have now is to raise the income tax for people making $250,000+ by 3%. He wants to raise it from 36% to 39%. Banks were forced, by provisions and/or laws, to increase the amount of loans they would give out to risky (low credit score) borrowers. i agree with you that that corruption and blindly creating fiscal nightmares have to be addressed. but i think we have to at least give obama a chance to be inaugurated to start attending to those matters. years worth of corrupt and/or just highly unregulated banking practices cannot be fixed right away and i think it is better to address problems after you have thoroughly examined the issue. let's see what he can do once GW steps down.

The first step would be abolishing corrupt, government-supported enterprises like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, that Barney (and friends...google Herb Moses) so vehmently defended..quote: "FNM and FRED aren't facing any financial crisis."
