Cont: I had feelings of anger, depression, stress, anxiety (very badly) and wanted to tell someone about this, but for fear of ridicule I didn't until I told a few family members only to hear: "Fuck off!, it's all in your head and stop bullshitting". It was a weird experience. A few months ago I tried to quick smoking and lasted about a month. During that month I experienced a significant drop in my blodd pressure, cholesterol and sugar level. Also, I didn't have numbness of arms, hands, legs and feet. She passed away on August 2nd and she had been on a ventilator for the last 2 years and in a special skilled nursing home where she was miserable and depressed. I miss her so much. According to my Doctor I don't have COPD, however, I do have bronchitis and asthma. At the hospital they said I had acute bronchitis while my Doctor insist I have chronic bronchitis. I smoked for 20 years and I'm still smoking. Two weeks ago I had spirometer test (came out ok passing all testings) and an x ray (showing I'm ok), but after helping my brother move and with so much dust exposure, now I have difficulty breathing and spitting out white to clear phlegm which don't go away.

Chronic fatigue is now a proven disease, with research showing it includes impairment of the immune system. It drives you crazy but it's not "in your mind". Of all those dozen or so "cures" that people tell you about? Pick the top 3 or 4 and do those consistently, and take it easy on yourselves. Don't listen to people who haven't had it, who tell you to push thru it (really stupid advice), or to fix your attitutde. Eat well, rest when you can, de-stress...take care.

As I was reading through the comments (yours was posted 9 months ago!) I noticed what you said. In general, H4ndcrafted is right in that it is thought that if you are diagnosed when you're young and treat it, there is a much better chance that symptoms will subside and in some cases, be cured completely. But remember, no two cases are alike, so what is true for you doesn't necessarily mean it is the medical consensus for all.

I've had fatigue for 3 years naw. I recovered temporary 6 months ago, but naw after I lost my job, my bf, my dreams, it came back to hunt me. I've tried to go out shopping anything to keep my mind busy. But it didint work. I feel like I'm a vegetable. no matter what level i keep my nutrients at i still develop brow specks on the leafs even in early stages. IS it normal to have some marks on leaves. Its annoying on plants like basil. this was using a aerospring system. I haven't tried flood and drain yet. the only thing that makes hydroponics worth it is the automatic watering , as for the increase in yield its not that much better than soil. YOu have constant daily ph monitoring and daily nutirent levels to deal with. don't give up on soil. its still the same thing except the roots are growing into clay pebbles. there's not alot of difference in growth rate in hydroponics vs soil. ive tested the difference. What makes inddor plants grow faster is the grow lights.

Meaning that when you do more, you feel worse instead of the other way around like it should occur. We are glad you are now well. We bwould also point out that the definitive diagnosis of exclusion for ME means that your other conditions preclude a diagnosis of it. In other words, as things stand, a diagnosis of CFS, ME or Fibromyalgia should be given only when tests reveal no other condition.
