Because everything was perfect, paradise and all, and it's widely known that Adam and Eve got together and had two sons. But everything wasn't what Eve thought it would be, it turns out Adam's gay. Point is that you can never be so sure about anything, even that, hence insurance. It's a bit far-fetched and I don't like how they made the gay Adam. But I like the idea though.

I was trying to figure that out as well, and according to Wikipedia, the company is known for its commercials where something always goes wrong and then there catch phrase is something like "Just call us". So I'm guessing thats how it ties in, cause I'm pretty sure Eve wasn't hoping for a gay Adam lol
