Why did you think I was angry? And did you really watch the video I mentioned? I didn't quote a study about animals or anything, the point I made was only about the nature of the proteins; what they really are, how they're built etc... If you got anything that refutes what I mentioned I'd love to hear it.

sudunkal is a bit angry haha...funny you should quote a random study about animals...because the human body does need protein. There is a way to be veggie..but you have to know types of plant that can give you that protein supplement..and eat them frequently

As far as I know, it doesn't exactly work like that on our planet: The more cows you eat the more forests are swalloved by animal farms. And the numbers of cows don't get any less. Their numbers rise and their health(meat quality) decreases. Plus cows shit around a lot and cause a lot of pollution. The more veggies you eat the more you contribute to plant farming. Their numbers rise and they produce more oxygen. Possibly their quality also decreases... There is no science behid GW though.

I eat as natural as I can, like raw... There is a video titled "The Protein Myth" on youtube, from the user "runningraw". It says interesting things about protein. Like: "You don't need protein." Check it out. The guy argues that you only need to BUILD protein, and to build protein you only need amino acids, not protein. Think about cows, gorillas, elephants... They don't eat meat, they're not protein deficient. "Educate yourself!" is a cool advice, but it shuldn't be only for veggy people.

If you think you're a small and imperfect lifeform and on the same level as a cow or chicken...you're probably right! After all..."You are what you think you are." I will never surcome to the "Disney mentality" of vegetarians about animals. I know I'm better than a chicken or a cow. BTW, I do love chickens..........FRIED!

I don't eat meat because I disagree with the way that humans treat animals. I think that we are on the same level as a cow or a chicken. Actually, we may even be below them; chickens don't kill each other, pollute the environment, or discriminate against one another. Humans are rather eleitist and think that we are some how better than nature. I, for one, accept the fact that I am a small and imperfect lifeform; however, I have been given the ability to be the better person and I'm using it.

I'm a veginatarian and I mad at the world too!!!! oh wait, i was mad at the world before i was a vegiatarian. The reason i became a vegatarian is because I wanted to make a statement; people treat animals like they are objects, and give them no respect. This is why there is factory farming and things like that. Humans are elitests when it comes to animals. I'm not mad at the world because I'm a vegetarian, I'm a vegiatarian because I am frustrated with the way humans treat animals like objects.
