Thank you very much, I've always wondered how they made real Ja Jang sauce. I think the sesame oil is a nice touch. Many Asian dishes utilize sesame oil as a favor enhancer. Great video and please share more of those Korean delicacies.

how did i miss this video? i absolutely jja jang myun! there is a restaurant, here in san francisco, that makes their own noodles for this dish. i always order the sauce on the side, so it doesn't soak in the noodles too much. for me, it's perfect on a warm day with the cold cucumbers on top. yum!

PT 2: Restaurants get messy, especially when they are busy...just like anyone's kitchen at home. It's not like the fries from the floor are served. COME ON! We washed all our equipment on a daily basis, swept, mopped multiple times each day. Always made sure the board was filled with ice to keep condiments cold AND used lids in between peak times to keep the food covered. I honestly don't think people know what it's really like. And yea, Mcdonalds wouldn't even let them tour -what does that say?

We have to remember this video was what, 1989? I worked at a Burger King from 1999-2004. I have to say that other than a few things, there really wasn't much of a difference. When I started we only kept the buns in the steamer, no meat! Eventually they had heaters above the sandwich board to keep meat warm, but you have to consider that most of the food was made to order because it was so busy. the only time meat was held was during ver slow times. and who cares if there's fries on the floor?

The hottest food in the world is Indian food. The hottest food I ever ate was an Indian restaurant in Korea. Its says that it serves the hottest plate of curry in Korea. I tried 911 wings and suicide wings before. They are no match against curry. The wings burn your tongue and mouth but the curry burns your throat, mouth and tongue. Hard to swallow the curry b/c it feels like your eating needles every spoon. Wouldn't advise anybody on eating food hotter than thai chili peppers.
