I know! That's exactly what I was thinking too! The first time I tried dinuguan, everyone told me it was "chocolate meat", if they would've told me what it really was, I'm not sure if I would've tried it. I like it now though. :]

Pampangans don't eat dog.Did you see one in the video? Filipinos don't eat dog generally.Only tribal people do that in the mountain.

dakal pung salamat is kapampangan (the local dialect in pampanga) for many thanks to you. dakal literally means many. salamat is thanks. po is of course, the filipino term of respect. in tagalog, it is said in this manner: maraming salamat po.
