The First WINDOWS Laptops were the beginnings of today's and quite interesting to look back on. This Zenith of mine was amazing to all who saw it 1n 1994!
Look how far we have come in only 15 years!

I am not demonstrating this as THE first Laptop! I was just showing ONE of the First WINDOWS Laptops. I state that in the video and the description. So for all you who keep telling me WHO made the first laptop, thanks. All of your comments have named different brands, so it seems not consistent. For that reason, I am now turning off the comments, and hope you watch this simply to see ONE of the Pioneering Machines that still work.

The computer was made in 1994, and was designed to run 95, which came out in 1995.

The GRiD Systems models shipped in the late 1980's, long before Windows 3.1 shipped. Basically DOS machines and twice the size of today's laptop format. More of a briefcase size. Got one of those?

Hey Dave, I'm just old enough to remember the pre-windows days. Back in the mid 90's this laptop was real hot stuff in every respect. Back then some People were still logging in to black screens with flashing C// prompts. The first computer I used employed a tape cassette to load in programs. I remember having to wait 20mins to boot up Pong! lol

hi Mr Herbert thankyou for this video ! i always love how u take ur time and dedication to show us some of the amazing stuff, some are funny too like that poo cow lol, I also enjoy the music u add in the backgrounds. I was checking out laptops the other day to buy one for school, and this is my choice Acer Aspire Intel Atom N270, and looking at this video im still amazed how technology has come a long way over the years.
