About Rob and Halloween. He made is clear several months ago. That was to be the only Halloween film to bare his name. I adore Rob to no end, but feel he should have passed on the project. The only cool part of the film really is the soundtrack picks. I love ths songs. I would have rocked if it wasn't two films cut into one big feature. Sheri was a knock out in it. That is a huge film plus right there.

Not that I hate Rob, his Grindhouse trailer: so awesome. Devil's Rejects: one of the few good modern horror flicks. House of 1000 Corpses: Not bad. Pretty good. Halloween: crap. utter crap. it had a few reasonable scenes... but every thing that made the original good, was taken out and replaced with crap.

So when shes a baby, he spares her, then he decides to find her by killing everyone, and then he scares her so that she can attack him so that he has a reason to kill her? Why does he lose his memories when he takes off the mask? Why does every dude have long hair? Rob created a bunch of plotholes by adding in a retarded backstory. If the backstory was more like the original, and the end didnt suck so much, it wouldve been reasonable.

It wasnt scary, almost funny because Mike was displayed as this loser. Perfect kid with nice family and good life who kills for no reason is scary. Fat kid with white trash family who cant afford a barber who goes on a killing spree is funny. Why does Mike die in the end!? Why is his mask dirty if he hid it and noone ever touched it. Why would he kill a bunch of people for no reason, he killed his family for reasons, suddenly he kills random people so he can meet his sister.

Agreed. What ruined Hallowe'en for me was Rob changing Mike Myers roots to the predictable, and understandable, white trash family. To me it was a million times more terrifying to imagine a complete and total sociopath coming from an upper middle class background. THAT kid could of been my neighbour.

What the hell is everyone's problem with Faizon? He's funny in this episode. A lot of the complaints seem to have something to do with him swearing. Who gives a shit? Oops, I swore!
