i get my meat from a local health food store that sells only organic meats and produce. my ribeye steak was grass fed and i'm assuming killed instantly and painlessly via the bullet to the forehead method, but because i wasn't the one who looked it in the eye and killed it in my current physical body, i consider it not completely fair in theory, but in practicality, everything is fair and i really needed that steak. so i got it from a trusted source.

By boycotting beef or even knowing what's happening, we could help to change the way cows are treated. It may not be a big deal to some but for the animals, it would be. They deserve the same respect and level of dignity that we give our pets. That said, pigs are smarter than dogs but are treated with as much abuse as cows.

you should fully defrost all meats before you cook them, but the tofu/quorn is ok to cook from frozen. and if you use it when it is fully defrosted it can fall apart. sometimes you need a tiny amount of oil to stop it from stcking, but since there is a lot of oil in the curry sauce you don't need to add anymore.

Do you still recommend starting with frozen when you are working with ingredients other than tofu, also is their any particular reason that you prefer to avoid using a small quantity of oil at the beginning or are you just trying to reduce the fat content of the dish

Environmental Engineer? Your talking about medical advice. I don't think the recycling and disposal services is the place to get medical advice. Why don't you say vegetarian. Just fucken say it! Unfortunately this class of toxins is almost entirely unstudied. But consider your innate knowledge - is it OK to eat a vulture or garbage dump rat - do you believe they can break down all the toxins they ingest from rancid food? Everyone intuitively knows they can't and that's why we never eat these animals.

Usually in any species the natural process of biomagnification reaches a point where it impacts reproduction and stops progressing. In a way, this happens on modern farms when managers realize they can only use a certain amount of adulterated feed before birth rates are impacted to the point that feed savings are erased.

The mentioned book "Genefit Nutrition" has some limited studies. Also reconsider my statement about funding mechanism. Most industrial diseases have difficulty with study funding and claims of "no proof." Think of mad cow. Without funding you are left with traditional advice, logical inference from limited data, anecdotal evidence, and personal experience. But I agree with you, there is no definitive large scale study to prove anyone right or wrong - and there may never be.

Great vid. About the rotting food, this is what happens in many people's intestines instead of digestion. There is not enough bile because the liver bilary ducts are clogged with bile blockages ("liver stones"). Search Andreas Moritz and learn how to cleanse the liver. IT WORKS and all ingredients can be bought locally. You are right, detox and get smarter! It's commone sense, the brain will be bathed with nutrition filled blood... get rid of the loops..

The reason I ask this is because wouldn't our meat just become so toxic over the generations of this repeated process (biomagnification) that the animal would be barely able to function from such high toxicity, and therefore alert FDA to this problem. Also toxins love to accumulate in fat, which is mostly removed from the animal for us to eat. (Just fabulous isn't it!) I am a Environmental Scientist as well who wants to become a Naturopath.

You seem like a very intellectual person, did you come by this knowledge entirely from this book "Genefit Nutrition"? Would you recommend people to read it? I do personally eat all free range grain fed non hormone/steroid meat, but even if animals are being fed the remains of other animals in commercial meat processing plants, what's to say the animal isn't breaking down any residual toxins and excreting them?
