The Loudness War

Big-name CD manufacturers are distorting sounds to make them seem louder. Sound quality suffers.
This video was made with image editing software and a screen capture program for the visuals, and a DAW (Digital Performer 4.5) to process the audio.

I myselfe don't have a Wii, so I was wondering how you'd go on connecting the Wii remote to the pc. Is a special cable required or something like a wireless adapter?

Are you using an infrared LED? A visible light red LED wouldn't work I don't think. You can see the light of the LED on the pen that Johnny makes, but I think that's just because IR light is visible to digital cameras.

u do know that its an infered led so it only appers red because of the video camara it shouldnt give of any visible light to the human eye good trick to do is point a digital video camara at the wii sensor bar when its on you will see it lights up on the camara but you cant see it

you are so inspiring and kind! it's so nice of you to share your research ideas with everyone at no cost! it's too bad projectors cost a lot of money too, but at least now, all one really needs is a $40 wii and a projector, instead of a $3000 smartboard and a projector! thank you so much!
