I agree to hold a media is just so great! You own a box with some art and beautiful disc. It just feels good to own something. Blu-ray won yes mostly because those behind Blu-ray had seemingly the most money to push it through. Both sides had a little war and HD-DVD just didn't have the resources. Microsoft definitely wasn't much of a supportive group for Toshiba and why should it. It's codecs we're in BOTH formats. It is just a case of politics!

well I went ahead and installed it anyway and in the first 15 mins of using it after a 52 minute install.. first impressions are: 1. all data seems intact 2. it's faster 3. 32bit colour mode is working fine for me thus far (before service pack it didn't, it kept freezing and forcing me to rollback using system restore after flicking the off switch (only way of rebooting)) we'll see if it holds out

Hmm, I see your point, but I believe there are a vast majority of average users buying the iphone and not mostly business users. It is a little expensive but thats why you should check your budget before you buy the iphone(you should check for all major purchases anyway) to make sure it fits like I did. I wouldnt be surprised if there are a lot of broken contracts and unpaid bills from all the "kids" and people who bought the iphone not knowing how much it would really cost.

Although at the same time I am full aware as to what the internet has become since the 90's due to the ease of advertising itself. So, I say, for some things like say good youtube content it's okay if it's discrete. that and a motherboard will simply refuse to start up if you cool it too much. Also unless you have a stupidly expensive cooler there shouldn't be that issue, I mean you get phase cooling and LN2 both of which can cool it lower than -50 degrees.

If you cool it too much water (hell, even ice) will form on the cpu, thus killing your system. That is the real reason why you cant cool your CPU too much.

Guys - all processors are different. The safest overall method is to overclock in steps, test the stability each time in all your most important applications, perhaps even run a benchmark like Sandra or 3dmark. A 400 mhz bus with a multiplier of 9 should not be a problem wih most new intel cpu's. I run a c2d e6420 at that speed with the stock cooler with no problem. Try increasing the cpu voltage and bus voltage by .1 volts and make sure you dont have your ram running too must faster than it is rated for.

I had it crash, freeze,lagg, and alot more. Vista doesnt suck.. just has so much negitives.
