I searched and found your video today and did the boondi laddu today also! I did change/add somethings, which I regret. For example I put 2 cups of gram flour instead of one, as it looked so easy when you made you laddus. Oh my, I regret this so much. I also had a difficult time "shaping" them. They started fall apart after a while. Nevertheless, the laddus where very yummy! Thank you very much for sharing your recipe with us!

Sorry you have to make the fresh booni and they need to go directly from frying pan to syrup so they can soak the syrup. cold boondi will not make the ladoo.

yes you can, but they don't taste that good. instead search for boondi(khara) recipe you can eat that boondi in small pieces .., basically its just a variation of boondi..you need to add some extra salt and other spices to make it spicy..!!

The curries are with gravy and veggies used are different gourds,potatoes with peas, tindora and lauki with sev. All the curries are very yummy but taste similar and I dont know what they are called. Could you please show us the recipes.

All I have to say is Survival of the fittest. We do what we gotta do to survive. You think Giraffe eat plants because they don't like meat? They are adapted to surviving off them. Just as Lions and Sharks are adapted to killing to survive. We are adapted to killing for survival, we are the best at it, and that is why we are still here today. Organic is healthier since it's free from preservatives and meat can have diseases from the animal if not from a trusted place and sometimes hormones are added for faster growth of the animal which is not healthy for the animal or us. I suggest reading Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan. Very imformative and eye opening book. Pollan describes how these animals are meant to live and how amazing nature works together for the health of animals and humans. Sustainable farming is not only very realistic, its best for eveyone and everything. Besides, doesn't it make sense that sick animals will = sick humans???

Well, maybe if people ate a little more *gasp* fruits and veggies--and not stuff their face with meat and bread at every meal,humanely raised animals could easily accommodate the population. Sorry, but the "pig camp ground" with little metal huts in a nice green field is some kind of fantasy land that doesn't exist anywhere. And if they did, given the number of hogs produced in this country, they would take up millions of acres of wildlife habitat already being consumed by Americows as a result of urban sprawl.

in my country, holland, the situation is simalar. in 2008 the rights to keep pigs ill be free for anyone and big industries are already planning to build fascilities to store over 20.000 pigs. Society (the people, teh market, the consumers) seems to be unaware of what is happening, uninterested or is just not able to pay the high prices one asks for ecological meat. i thank you for posting the vid, although it makes me sick to watch

Animals of a lower intelligence should be the only meat eaters. They cant help it because its outside of thier mental capacity to abstain from meat and eat vegetables.
