thought id have a go at filming from this angle as a laugh while i had the camera out videoing my form a few weeks back - just a good job i didnt have one of my 'wayward' shots this end
just playing with a different way of presenting all the different angles when videoing form - the transitions / zooms were done with some cheap-ass (ie - free) morphing software
had a bad patch over the last few weeks so needed some video to try and see what was going on after some minor changes to attempt to remedy this (mainly stance and release hand)

By: varna56. on 26 Dec 08, 18:19:09 I do not believe the power stance is helping you, your back extension is relatively limited because of build.Feet in line may help in impoving your power line through the arrow into the shoulders. The release is good however in this scenario!but your elbow coming further around would be helpful to improved consistency / form.I do not think you are breathing during the start of your hold either as your short breath appears not to be calming and lowering the stress as it should.
